Healthy Prawn & Avocado Salad
Ingredients
Dressing
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lemon
- 4 Tbsp Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Handful Basel
Salad
- 1/4 Chopped Cucomber
- 1/4 Chopped Onion
- 1 Handful Chopped Lettuce
- 1/2 Chopped Tomato
- 1 Cup Cooked Prawns
- 2 Tbsp Green peas
- 4 Tbsp Sweet Corn
- 2 Handful Spinach
Roasted Potato
- 1/2 Slised Potato
- 1 Rosmery
- 2 Spray Olive oil
