Did you know that traditional strawberry jam recipes use around 800g of sugar for every 1 kilo of strawberry! I have always wondered why this is necessary. Ripe fruit contains natural sweetness already.
The sugar is supposed to help with the gelling of the fruit, making the jam nice and thick but today we are going to use chia Seeds to naturally thicken our strawberry jam.

Sugar free Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
- 230 Gram Fresh Strawberries
- 1/4 fresh Lemon juice
- 1/2 Lemon Zest
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrupp
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Suggar
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
