Spicy Lamb ribs Curry – With Jacket Potato
Ingredients
- 5 Lamb Ribs
- 1 Tbs Vitamin E Oil
- 2 Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 Red Chilli
- 1/2 Thumb Ginger
- 1 Full Chopped Yellow Pepper
- 1 Full Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tbsp Coriender Powder
- 1/2 Caremelised Onion
- 1/2 Tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Tumeric Powder
- 1 Cup Warm Water
- 1 1/2 Cup Double Cream
- 2 Medium sized Potatos
- 1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt Optional
