Chilli, tomato and aubergine Lebanese dip
We all know the famous Lebanese dips from Hummus to Baba Ganoush but today I am so happy to share with you a new Lebanese style dip that I think you are going to love. I am telling you guys this is the perfect dip for a Netflix and chill kinda night.
So healthy, suitable for vegan and packed with Mediterranean flavours. Are you excited?

Chilli tomato and aubergine Dip
Ingredients
Aubegine
- 1 Medium Aubergine
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Mix Herbs
For the chilli Tomato Dip
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Minced Garlic
- 5 Chopped Mushrooms
- 1 Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tsp Coriender Powder
- 1 Tsp Cummin Powder
- 1 Can Chopped Tomato
- 1 Tsp Pepper Paste
Aubergine Dip Mix
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Tsp Thyme
Garnish
- 1 Tbsp Pinenuts
- 1 Tsp Olive oil
- Sprinkle Parsley
