Greek Sesame Bagel with Feta cream dip
Ingredients
- 300 G 37C Water
- 16 G Yeast
- 350 G All Purpose flour
- 150 G Bread flour
- 7 G Salt
- 35 G Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive for greasing
Bagel Top Layer Mix
- 2 Cups Sesame Seed
- 500 ML Water
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
Feta Cream dip
- 100 G Feta
- 100 G Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Lemon zest
- 1/2 Tsp Smokey Salt
- 2 G Fresh Thyme
Instructions
- Mix for 8 Min on Low
- Greese the bowl and the cling-film and leave the dough to rest for 1Hr and half
- Bake for 13 Min on 200C
