Roasted cauliflower and toasted Almonds Salad with tangy tahini sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Large Cauliflower
- 1 Liter Boiling water
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Pinsh Salt
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tsp Ghee
- 1/4 Cup Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley
Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Tahini Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Juice of a Lemon
Instructions
- Boil the Cauliflower for 5 min
- Bake the Cauliflowers for 15 min on 180c
