In a bowl Star by adding 37C milk and sunflower oil.
Saperate the eggs and add the egg white in the bowl and leave the egg yolk for later use.
Add the caster sugar, instant yeast and the apple cider vinegar followed by only 250 grams of plain flour. Mix really well until the mixture turn similar to pancake mixture. cover it up with clingfilm and leave it tp rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes add the remaining flour, salt, baking powder and milk powder. Mix on a medium speed for 7 minutes in a mixer and kneed by hand for 2 minutes following the instructions on the video above.
Shape the dough and add it in a greesed bowl and cover it up with cling film and a kitchen towel and leave it to rest for 1hr in a worm room.
After an hour devide the dough into 100g balls, shape them into a balls and roll them. Shaping them to balls helps creat a better uniform when rolling them.
Add the cheese and roll them making sure you thighten the end edges to prevent the dough opening when baking.
Add the bread rolls on a tray, cover and leave them to rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes mix egg yolks and milk and brush the bread rolls gently and sprinkle the black onion seeds and sesame seeds mix.
Bake for 18 minutes on a preheated oven 200C.
