Easy no equipment needed Homemade CAKE POPS – Quarantine baking hacks | كيك بوبس طريقة مسهلة
Ingredients
Simple Vanilla Cake recipe
- 90 ML Vegetable oil
- 180 ML Water
- 3 Mediem Eggs
- 175 Gram Self-raising Flour
- 175 Gram Caster Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
Filling & decoration
- 2 TBSP Mackays Scotish Stawbeery Jam
- 1 Block Aldi & Vanilla white chocolate
Instructions
- Mix the Wet Ingredients and the dry ingredients separately then combine and mix gently together and whisk (by hand or electric mix if you have one) for 3 minutes until you achieve a smooth creamy texture
- Pour the cake mixture evenly into your greased cake tin and make sure you hit the tin lightly on the surface of the kitchen to get rid off all the trapped air in the mixture.
- Bake in the centre of the oven for between 22-27 minutes or until a rounded knife inserted fully into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
- Once the cake is out, cool it on a wire rack for 10 minutes
