Greek Sesame Bagel with Feta cream dip

Ingredients
  

  • 300 G 37C Water
  • 16 G Yeast
  • 350 G All Purpose flour
  • 150 G Bread flour
  • 7 G Salt
  • 35 G Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive for greasing

Bagel Top Layer Mix

  • 2 Cups Sesame Seed
  • 500 ML Water
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Feta Cream dip

  • 100 G Feta
  • 100 G Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon zest
  • 1/2 Tsp Smokey Salt
  • 2 G Fresh Thyme

Instructions
 

  • Mix for 8 Min on Low
  • Greese the bowl and the cling-film and leave the dough to rest for 1Hr and half
  • Bake for 13 Min on 200C
