Healthy Prawn & Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Handful Basel

Salad

  • 1/4 Chopped Cucomber
  • 1/4 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Handful Chopped Lettuce
  • 1/2 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Cup Cooked Prawns
  • 2 Tbsp Green peas
  • 4 Tbsp Sweet Corn
  • 2 Handful Spinach

Roasted Potato

  • 1/2 Slised Potato
  • 1 Rosmery
  • 2 Spray Olive oil
