Eid is just around the corner and our tummy and mind are getting ready for all the delicious desserts.
But some of us want to enjoy the celebration by keeping it clean and healthy and if you are one of them, you have come to the right place, my friend π.
I have an alternative healthy Ma’amoul recipe for all of you here.
It’s quick and easy to make and you can serve it to your guest and trust me they will be very impressed, tastes exactly the same but it’s guilt-free Big thanks to BELOVEDATES who sent me those blended dates saved me so much time blending my own.
Healthy Ramadan Ma’amoul recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tsp Yeast
- 2 Tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Tbs Ghee
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Rose Water
- 2 Tbs Milk
- 1 Tbs Vitamin E Oil
Instructions
- -MIx and Leave the dough resting for 1h30min -Then turn BELOVEDATES into small balls
-fill the dough with the Belovedates balls -Follow the video on how to turn them into star shapes -Bake for 20 min on 250C SERVE WHEN COOL Video sponsored by BELOVEDATES
