How to make Healthy gluten free Salad|cost £1.20
Gluten-Free Feta Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 50 Gram Feta Cheese
- 2 Gram Fresh Thyme
- 5 Gram Chopped Parsley
- 2 Gram Chopped Dill
- 1 Tbs Shopped cucumber
- 1 Small Bunch of Rocket
- 1 Crumbled Whole Grain Black Pepper Nairn’s Crackers
Instructions
- On a tray place half a red pepper.
- Add the feta and the Fresh Thyme then place it in the oven to bake for 15 min on 150C.
- Once the pepper is cooked add all the fresh salad and herbs on top.
- Then Crumble your favourite Nairn’s crackers. I used the gluten-free black pepper flavour.
