How to make HEALTHY IKEA Swedish meatballs


Healthy Ikea Swedish meatballs
Ingredients
- 200 Gram Minced Chicken
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp 7 spice
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs ASDA’S Gravy
- 1/2 Cup Water For the gravy
- 1 1/2 Cup Water For the rice
- 1 Cup Rice
- to taste Salt
Instructions
Chiken Meat balls
- Preheat the oven to 250C.
- In a bowl add the chopped onions, 7 spice, 1tbs of flour, 1tbs of olive oil and the 200g of minced chicken.
Then mix. - Once they are mixed turn them into medium sized balls and add them on a tray.
Note: don’t forget to spray some oil to the tray to stop the chicken balls from sticking. - Place them in the oven for 20min until they are golden.
Rice
- To make the rice I use those measurements :
for every 1 cup of rice, I use 1 and a half cup of water.
Gravy
- for gravy, use any type you like and here are some examples of gravies you can buy. π
