Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Cauliflower
  • 1 Liter Boiling water
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Pinsh Salt
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley

Dressing

  • 1/4 Cup Tahini Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Juice of a Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Boil the Cauliflower for 5 min
  • Bake the Cauliflowers for 15 min on 180c
