You have probably heard it or seen it all over Youtube and Instagram by now.
Famous athletes eating and preaching about how beneficial it is to eat sweet potato and grilled chicken while bulking or getting into shape.

So now you decide to follow. Week 1 😎, Week 2 😎, now Week 3 😫comes by and you are sick of looking at a bland sweet potato and boiled or grilled chicken and you want a change.

By now, you are probably daydreaming about Nandos LOL! and if you start relating to what I am telling you, don’t worry you are not the only one here.

So the important question is how can we elevate healthy food and make it more interesting and delicious so we can continue to stick to our diet?

The answer is simple TASTE !!!
We all love flavours and good food and you can diet for so long but without flavours, you will end up giving up easily and thats the truth my friend. Don’t you wonder why famous companies like Mcdonald’s, KFC, Nandos etc.. keep growing bigger and bigger every day?
It’s because they deliver FLAVOURS.
we are blesed with 5 senses and one of them is TASTE so why on earth we go to bland and boring food?

I am here trying to change that. I come from a Mediterranean background, taste is so important for me. I eat to experience flavours not to just fill my tummy. and I always say it if diet and healthy eating was consist of eating raw celeries and sad boiled chicken then hello obesity!
This is why I love challenging any food that comes my way and I try to elevate it so it can taste good and helps you stick to your goal without having to pile the extra calories.

SMOKED PAPRIKA CHICKEN

  • 1 Onion Red or White
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 Large Tomatos
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 6 Full Thyme
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs Paprika
  • Salt Pepper To taste

Sweet Potato Mash

  • 2 Large Sweet Potatos
  • 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Tsp Butter
  • Salt / Pepper To Taste
