The Best Cadbury chocolate oatmeal cookies | crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside

Cadbury chocolate oatmeal cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 85 Grams Unsalted Butter Room temperature
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup All purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins
  • 1/4 Cup Cadbury Milk chocolate

Peanut Butter filling

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter smooth or crunchy
  • 1/4 Cup Icing Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 30 Grams Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Bake for 15 min on 180C
  • Leave it to rest for 20Min before eating
