Cadbury chocolate oatmeal cookies
Ingredients
- 85 Grams Unsalted Butter Room temperature
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 Cup All purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Raisins
- 1/4 Cup Cadbury Milk chocolate
Peanut Butter filling
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter smooth or crunchy
- 1/4 Cup Icing Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 30 Grams Melted Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Bake for 15 min on 180C
- Leave it to rest for 20Min before eating
