Identical KFC Coleslaw recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Large Grated Carrots
- 2 Medium Cabbages
- 4 Tbsp Finely chopped white onions
Salad Dressing
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 2/3 Cup Caster Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
- 5 Tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Using a food processor, stop by chopping your cabbage and carrots dentil they are fine. Add them to the bowl with your finely chopped onions and set aside.
- In another bowl mix all your salad ingredients together and poor it over your chopped vegetables. Mix well and leave it to marinate for few hours or ideally overnight before serving. The longer you keep it the better it will taste.
