Instructions
Mix Water & Yeast and leave them to rest for 20 Min
Mix the Flour and water 3 Min on Low then 6 Min on fast while adding 1 Tbsp of Extra virgin Olive Oil
Kneed the dough for 2 Min
Leave the dough in chiller for 18Hrs
Transfer the dough into a baking tray and leave it to rest for 4Hrs in a warm temperature
Bake 25 Min on 210
