Add 1/2 cup of any low sugar Aldi granola with 20 gram of walnuts in a mortar and pestle. crush them until the walnut turns into medium chunks.
Cut the avocado in 1/2 then peel it off.
On a plate adds the avocado, then drizzle some of my all-time favourite honey (MANUKA Honey ) then add the low sugar granola mixture. Manuka honey benefit is explained at the bottom of my page.
