Add 1 grated garlic, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tbs of tahini sauce, 1/2 cup of an espresso cup Mix together then add 1 jar of Melis Roasted Aubergine Mix together once they are mixed, use a mortar to mush the mixture. then add another 3 tbs of Tahini and mix once you're done add some on a plate and drizzle olive oil and chilli sauce ( optional )add the rest back in the Jar and make sure you store it in a cold temperature. This recipe will last for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
