In a pan with boiling water start by cooking your pasta until al dente. Once cooked toss them under cold water straight away to stop them from cooking or sticking to each other.
In a sauce pan add vegetable oil, your onion and celery and cook for few minutes then add your mushrooms and cook for another few minutes or until the vegetables has softened. Add your minced beef and cook for 5 minutes then add your minced garlic, chicken or beef stock, Cajun spices and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Once everything is cooked add the tomato paste and sliced cherry tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes or until the mix starts to look dry add 1/4 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add your pasta and mix everything until itโs well combined once the pasta starts to warm up again add the oatly single cream and cook for 10 minutes. Serve your pasta with salad that rich balsamic vinegar or if you feeling little cheeky enjoy it with some garlic bread ๐.
