In a bowl start by adding all the dry ingredients and mix.
In a saucepan add all the wet ingredients including the sugar except the eggs. Once the wet ingredients are fully melted and incorporated take them off the heat and leave them to cool down for 5 minutes before adding the egg whites.
Add the egg whites while constantly whisking making sure not to cook the egg whites.
Combine all the ingredients togther spread on a baking tray and bake for 30minutes on 180C.
Leave for 20 to 30 minutes before cutting. Enjoy !
