Preheat the oven to 170C and grease and line a sqyre tin.
Start by combining the dry ingredients togther (oats, ground and flaked almonds, along with the cranberries) in a bowl
In a saucepan, combine the butter, ginger, agave syrup and sugar then place over medium heat until everything has melted together.Pour over wet ingredients onto the dry and mix well.Tip the mixture into the tin pressing down so it gets right into all the corners making sure the granola is all levelled out.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Once taken out allow to cool completely for up to hours before cutting. Once cut freeze for few hours before adding melted chocolate and crysallied ginger.
Melt chocolate in a bowl and finley chop crystalised ginger. Dunk each bar lengthways into the chocolate and coat one half of the bar. allow any axcess to drip off and sprinkle the crystalised ginger on top. once chocolate is fully set serve and enjoy .
