Knead until it comes together and becomes soft and smooth. Add a little extra flour if needed. 4. Shape the bagelsRoll the dough flat and divide it into 4 equal portions. Brush the bagels with the egg wash, then sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning. 6. BakePreheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).Bake the bagels for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C (356°F) and bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown. 7.
