Start by chopping and cleaning your cauliflower. Once Clean dry and add to a bowl with salt, sumac and 2 tbsp of oil. Mix and add in the air fryer. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C.
In a saucepan add 2 Tbsp of oil followed by the onions and celery and cook until soft, Then add garlic, vegetable stock, liquid seasoning, and black pepper. and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add your minced beef and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 2 cans of chopped tomatoes. Using the same cans measure the water and add to the saucepan followed by half a tube of tomato paste and cook for 45 minutes making sure the lid is open to allow the sauce to thicken. After 45 minutes add the cauliflower and cook for another 30 minutes.
