Once cleaned and dry add it to a large sauce pan with the chopped potatos and lentils and boil them until lentil and potatoes has softened.
In frying pan start by sauteing your onions until softened. then add your coriander and cook for another 2 minutes. then add to the soup with 1 cup of lemon juice and mix.
In the same pan add olive oil and the chopped garlic and fry until brown then add to the soup.
Season to taste. Boil the soup for another 5 minutes before serving.
