Start by boiling your lentil until fully soft but still keeping their shape.
Drain the lentil while making sure to keep the lentil water for later use.
Clean your rice 3 times making sure to use fresh water everytime you rinse.
Add the rice and lentil to a pan followed by the lentil water and salt bring to a boil then cover until they are fully cooked. it will take aproxmatly 15 minutes
In a frying pan add the vegetable oil followed by the onions and fry until golden and creapy.
