Instructions
Add and whisk all the ingredients together until smooth except
olive and dried tomatoes!!
Set a medium frying pan or pancake pan over medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper.
When hot, cook your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden.
When done add the olives and the tomatoes on top and serve.
