In a saucepan add 1 tbsp of oil followed by the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes until soft.
Scoop the vegetables out and add another tbsp of oil and toss the chicken with the flour and cook until brown then add the 7spice, paprika and caraway. Add back the vegetables and season with salt.
Add the chopped tomatoes, boiling water and chicken stock and cook on low to medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove the lid add the cooked pasta an cook for another 15 minutes.
