  • 3 Rosmery

Carrot & Potato Mash

  • 1 Large Carrot
  • 1 Medium Potato

Salad

  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 1/4 Medium Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt/ Pepper to taste
