Instructions
In a large saucepan start by sautéing the onion and peppers with vegetable oil until soften.
Add the liquid seasoning and the beef stock and cook for 2 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce the garlic and tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the shredded salt beef followed by the chipotle paste, canned tomato and boiling water and cook for 45 minutes or until it reduce by half.
Add the beans and cook for another 15 minutes.
Let it coo, down for q0 minutes before serving.
