Instructions
Peel and slice the Onions and peppers and place them in a roasting tin with 4 bonless chicken thighs. and your green chillies.
Add all the spices, herbs, vinegar and oil and give everything a mix.
Place in the fridge for no less than 6 hours.
Take out the jerk chicken tray from fridge 20 mninutes before cooking.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Cook in the middle oven for 30 minutes.
