Instructions
Start by boiling your potato in salty water
Start by toasting your seeds and cashew in the oven for 5 to 8 mins on 180C.
In a small bowel add all the ingredients you can see in the salad dressing and set aside.
In a bowl add the rest of the ingredeints followed by the salad dressing ,mix and add in a salad bowl and sprinkle the toasted seeds and nuts.
