Start by making the Yorkshire Pudding batter by adding the full fat milk, eggs and flour. Mix and leave it on the side.
Add oil to the pan followed by the beef sausages. mix and place them in the oven for 5min.
Take the sausages out, add the leek and place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Take the sausages and the leek out of the oven, pour in the Yorkshire pudding batter and evenly distrebute the green peas and place the tray back in the oven.
