Instructions
Granny Cake
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Grease your cake tin.
Start by adding all the dry ingredients including the walnuts and raisins.
Add the wet ingredients and beat until everything is well combined.
Poor the mixture in the cake tin and bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated 180C oven.
Serve Warm with butter.
Golden Butter
In a bowl combine the soft butter with golden syrup, all spiceand cinamon.
Mix until everything is combined and place it in the fridge to chill before serving.
