Once the onion and carrots started to soften add the tomato paste and cook for few minutes. Add the pealed and chopped potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, frozen peas, black pepper, vegetable stock, the chopped parsley and dill.Mix everything together add the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Once done, sprinkle feta cheese on top and enjoy with a warm bread.
