1st Focaccia recipe with zaatar
Equipment
- Standing Mixer
Ingredients
- 2 Cups 37C Water
- 2 Tsp Yeast
- 510 Grams Strong Bread Flour
- 10 Grams Salt
- 4x 1/8 Cups Extra virgin Olive oil
- 1 Tsp Smokey Salt
- 1 Tbsp Zaatar
Instructions
- Mix Water & Yeast and leave them to rest for 20 Min
- Mix the Flour and water 3 Min on Low then 6 Min on fast while adding 1 Tbsp of Extra virgin Olive Oil
- Kneed the dough for 2 Min
- Leave the dough in chiller for 18Hrs
- Transfer the dough into a baking tray and leave it to rest for 4Hrs in a warm temperature
- Bake 25 Min on 210
