- 125 G Whole Milk (37c)
- 90 G Yeast
- 440 G Strong White Flour
- 21 G Brown Demerera Sugar
- 8 G Salt
- 60 G Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
Optional Spread
- 1 Tbsp Crunshy Nut Peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Strawberry Jam
- 1 Tsp Sprinkle of Dark Chocolate
