Easy way to make Baba Ganoush | no cooking involved | PCOS & IBS friendly

It’s finally here BABA GANOUSH!
I have noticed that a lot of people like eating Baba Ganoush but not everyone likes making it and it’s either because you don’t have much of experience when it comes to cooking with aubergine or you have probably tried making it a couple of times and it wasn’t successful.

Lots of people have been requesting this recipe so today I am sharing my take on Baba Ganoush.
This recipe requires 0 % cooking and it’s going to tick so many boxes !!!
trust me your gas and electric bill are going to thank you for it!

If you don’t have any of the ingredients. This recipe will cost you £5.40 and it will last you for a week.

Baba Ganoush

Ingredients
  

Baba Ganoush

  • 1 Large Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 6 Tbsp (Cortas) Tahini
  • 1/2 Espresso Cup Water
  • 1 Jar Melis Roasted Aubergine

Optional ( At The End Of The Recipe )

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tsp (Crucials) Extra Chilli Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 grated garlic, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tbs of tahini sauce, 1/2 cup of an espresso cup 
    Mix together  
    then add 1 jar of Melis Roasted Aubergine 
    Mix together 
    once they are mixed, use a mortar to mush the mixture. 
    then add another 3 tbs of Tahini and mix 
    once you’re done add some on a plate and drizzle olive oil and chilli sauce
    ( optional )
    add the rest back in the Jar and make sure you store it in a cold temperature. 
    This recipe will last for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
