Freekeh and feta Salad

Freekeh and feta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seed
- 1 Cup Freekeh
- 2 cups Boiling Water
Dressing
- 1 L Garlic
- 1 Lemon Zest
- 1 Lemon Zest
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Blackpepper
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp honey
- 1 Tsp Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 Tomato Finley Chopped
- 1 Yellow Pepper Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 Spring Onion Finely Chopped
- 80 Grams Parsley
- 20 Grams Raisins
- 20 Grams Pistachio
- 50 Grams Feta Cheese
- 10 Grams Mint
Instructions
- Cook The 1 Cup of Freekeh in 2 cups of boiling water on a low heat until Freekeh are soft and all the water has been soaked in by the Freekeh.
