Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Olive oil
- 1 Large Diced White Onion
- 650 Grams Spinach
- 1 Cup Chopped Coriander
- 3 to 6 Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Caramelised Onion
- 1 Cup Sunflower Oil
- 1 Large White Onion
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
