Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil
  • 1 Large Diced White Onion
  • 650 Grams Spinach
  • 1 Cup Chopped Coriander
  • 3 to 6 Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

Caramelised Onion

  • 1 Cup Sunflower Oil
  • 1 Large White Onion
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Can last up to a 1 week in the fridge.
