It takes 10 to 15 min to cook. The same time it needs for you to stand and wait for your takeaway kebab to be made. But instead of waiting in a long queue cold and tired you can sit down get comfortable in your own home waiting for you kebab to be cooked.

Healthy Hangover Lamb Kebab
Equipment
- Oven tray
- kebab sticks
Ingredients
- 200 g Minced Meat 10 % fat
- 1 onion Chopped
- 1 Cup Parsley Chopped
- 1 tbsp 7 Spice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
Vegetable
- 1 Green Pepper Roughly Chopped
- 2 Tomatoes Roughly Chopped
- 2 Onions Roughly Chopped
Dressing
- 1 Cup Ayran Yoghurt
- 1 Tbs Dry Mint
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt
Assembling
- 1 Curry Flavour Pitta Bread
- Handfull Rocket
- 1 Spring Onion Chopped
