Lebanese Tabouleh

Tabouleh is a Lebanese vegan salad made mostly from finely chopped parsley, mint, spring and white onion and tomatoes then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and of course our secret ingredients pomegranate molasses which will take the whole recipe to another level.

This salad is refreshing, light and packed with nutritions with parsley been the number one ingredient you can imagine how rich tabouleh is with antioxidants !

As my grandma always said ” Tabouleh is the best recipe to get your knives skills to the next level ” and she is right there is no other salad then tabouleh that requers finely shopped vegetable and herbs! So get your knife, vegetables and herbs ready ladies and gentlemen as it’s shopping time.

Ingredients
  

For the salad

  • 4 Cups Finely chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Mint
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 4 Finely Chopped Tomatos
  • 1 Cup fine Bulgur Wheat

For the dressing

  • 1/2 Tbs Salt
  • 6 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 Tbs Pomegranates molasses
  • 1/2 Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Make sure you soak your bulgur for 10 min before adding it to the salad
