Oldest banana bread recipe from 1970 so delicious

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripped Bannanas
  • 2/3 Cup Black Coffee
  • 2 Cups Plain White Flour
  • 2 Cups Oat flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tsp Cinamon
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 1/3 Cup Dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 Tsp Orange zest
  • 3 Medium eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Optional Toppings

  • 1 Tsp Golden syrup
  • 1 Tsp Tahini
  • sprinkle Black onion seeds

Instructions
 

  • Start by mashing 3 ripped bananas then mix them with the coffee and leave it in your fridge for 24hrs .
  • Sift the flour, oat flour,baking powder and baking soda twice.
  • Make sure your Unstalted Butter is soft befor mixing it with the other wet ingredientds .
  • For the wet ingredients mix the Unsalted butter, Dark brown sugar, vanilla paste, Almond extract,Orange zest and eggs (Make sure you mix the eggs one at a time)
  • Mix the wet ingredients until the mixture turn light.
  • Start adding the dry mix followed by the banana and cofffe mix and the wet mixture and repeat until you run out of all of the 3 mixtures.
  • Dont whisk everything instead gently fold all three mixtures togtherr until everything is combined.
  • Butter your tin add the banana bread mix and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake for 40-50 min on 180C.
  • Leave your banana bread to rest for 20 min before slicing.

  • 1 Cup Barley
  • 2 Cups Boiling water
  • 1 Handful Rocket
  • 1/4 Block Feta cheese
  • 1/4 Cup walnuts
  • 1 Cup Cooked Beetroot

Salad dressign

  • 1 Large Garlic
  • 1/2 Lemon Zest
  • 1 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Pesto
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Leave the barley to cool down for 15 min before adding salad dressing & the Feta cheese

Ingredients
  

Roast Carrots

  • 1 Chicken stock
  • 500 ML Water
  • 6-8 Whole Carrots
  • 2 Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Coriender
  • 1/2 Tsp Honey
  • 1/2 Tsp english Mustard
  • 1/2 Lemon zest
  • 1/2 Tbsp Carrot juice
  • 10 G melted butter

Giant Couscous

  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Chicken stock
  • 1 Tsp 7 Spice
  • 1 Cardamon
  • 1/2 Tsp black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Giant Couscous
  • 2 Cups Carrot broth

Salad dresssing

  • 1/2 Bunch Coriender
  • 1 MInced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Carrot Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup of Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Boil the carrots for 6 Min
  • Dont get rid off the carrot water as we need it for the dressing and giant couscous
  • Cook the Couscous until the couscous are soft and all the water disappears
  • Roast carrrots in the air fryer for 15 min on 180C

Ingredients
  

  • 250 Grams Plain White Flour
  • 250 Grams Whole wheat flour
  • 50 Grams Plain White Flour (for Dusting)
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 400 ML Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dry Dill
  • 4 Sliced Jalapeños
  • 200 Grams Red Leicester Cheese

Topping

  • 100 Grams Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Cholula
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, start by mixing all your dry ingredients. Then add your butter milk and mix it in the mixer until everything is combined then add jalapeños and cheese and mix it once again.
  • flour your surface and roll your dough to around 5 centimetres thickness, cut it and place it on a baking sheet. And brush the top with some melted butter, cholula and sprinkle some sea salt.
  • Bake it on a preheated 200C oven for 28 Min and enjoy
