Ingredients
Mash potato
- 500 Grams Potatoes
- 1 Vegetable cube
- 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
- 2 Liter Boiling Water
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Oregano
Cottage pie Filling
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Oil
- 1 Large White Onion
- 500 Grams Minced beef 10 % Fat
- 8 Medium Chopped Mushrooms
- 2 Minced Garlic
- 1 Vegetable cube
- 1 Tbsp 7 Spice
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tsp Pomegranate Molasses
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas and carrots
Toppings
- 1/2 Cup Golden Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- In a Boiling Water add 1 vegetable cube and salt mix until everything desolve and add your potatoes. Boil until potatoes are soft in the center
