Shakshuka with feta cheese
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Green chillies
- 3 Medium Tomatoes
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 Small Onions
- 1 Vegetable Stock
- 2 Tbsp Harrisa Paste
- 1 Tsp 7 Spice
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Cinamon
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Pomogranete Molasses
- 1 1/2 Can Shopped Tomato
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 8 Medium eggs
- 1/2 Block Feta cheese
- 5 Grams Chopped Coriender
Instructions
- In a hot pan start by adding the olive oil and the vegetable and cook until soft.
- Add all your spices followed by the harrissa, can of chopped tomatoes and pomogranete molasses and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Once your Shakshuka sauce is starting to thicken add your eggs and feta close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
