Ingredients
  

Short Bread

  • 312 Soft Butter
  • 468 Plain Flour
  • 156 Caster Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Fudge Caramel

  • 250 Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cans Condensed Milk
  • 150 Grams Golden Syrup
  • 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt

Toppings

  • 200g White Chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup Sprinkles
  • 48 Easter Eggs

Instructions
 

  • For shortbread start by adding all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until it all comes together. Don't worry if the mix turned to crumbs at the beginning just keep mixing it on a medium speed until it forms a soft dough. Spread it on a greased proofed tray and bale for 15 minutes at 160C. Once baked leave it to cool down on the side while making the caramel.
  • For the Caramel mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan on low heat and keep mixing until the caramel reaches 105-107C. Don't Stop mixing at any point other wise the caramel will burn and you will have to start all over again.
  • Once the caramel is done pour it on top of the shortbread and let it set on the counter for 1 hour. Don't place it in the fridge as it will be harder to spread the melted white chocolate on the cold caramel as it will start to harden very quickly before you finish decorating.
  • Melt white chocolate and spread it on top add the mini chocolate easter eggs and add sprinkle. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours before slicing using a hot knife.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 Grams Plain Flour
  • 4 Tbsp Coco Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 200 Grams Demerera Sugar
  • 200 Grams Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 150 Grams Melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Paste
  • Salt Pinch
  • 4 Tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Start by mixing the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarb salt and sugar in a large bowl and set aside.
  • Stir in the Melted coconut oil, Vanilla and 4 Tbsp of water until you ave a rough dough but keep working it until it comes togther if not add more water.
  • Heat the oven to 180C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Scoop out a100 g of dough and mold it into a ball using your hands. Push down on the baking tray into a cookie shape as the dough won't expand and repeat with the remaining dough.
  • Bake for 12 minutes then leave to cool before eating. Leave it to cool down for 20 minutes before you place them in the freezer for 30 minutes. Scoop out your favourite vegan ice-cream and sandwich it btween the cookies and enjoy.

  • 2 Chopped Cauliflower
  • 4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Sumac
  • 1 Tbsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Chopped White Onion
  • 2 Chopped Celery
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Tbsp Liquid Seasoning
  • 4 Minced Garlic
  • 500 Grams Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lebanese 7 Spice
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Cans Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Cans Water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Start by chopping and cleaning your cauliflower. Once Clean dry and add to a bowl with salt, sumac and 2 tbsp of oil. Mix and add in the air fryer. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C.
  • In a saucepan add 2 Tbsp of oil followed by the onions and celery and cook until soft, Then add garlic, vegetable stock, liquid seasoning, and black pepper. and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add your minced beef and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add 2 cans of chopped tomatoes. Using the same cans measure the water and add to the saucepan followed by half a tube of tomato paste and cook for 45 minutes making sure the lid is open to allow the sauce to thicken. After 45 minutes add the cauliflower and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve it with rice or bread.

Instructions
 

  • This Recipe makes 4 medium tarts.
  • Start by chopping all ingredients together. Add the spices and oil and bake for 35 minutes on 160C.
  • Once vegetables are cooked and cooled down for 30 minutes. add them in the tart sprinkle feta cheese and walnuts and bake for 20 minutes 200C.
