- 2 Cups Conchiglie pasta
Tuna
- 3 Cans Tuna
- 1 Tbsp American Mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp Black pepper
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 Lemon juice
- 2 Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Cholula
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Light mayo
Salad
- 1 Can Sweetcorn
- 1/2 Cup Green Peas
- 3 Handful Chopped lettuce

Buffalo Mozzarella pesto pasta salad
Ingredients
Pesto
- 60 g Pine Nuts
- 100 g Basil
- 60 g Parmesan cheese
- 200 ml Extra Virgin Oil
- 3 Minced Garlic
Salad
- 2 Cups Fusilli Pasta
- 1/4 Cup Sundried Tomatoes
- 10 Small Buffalo Muzzarella balls
- 50 g Toasted Pinenuts
Instructions
- Heat a small frying pan over a low heat. Cook the pine nuts until golden. Put into a food processor with the basil, parmesan, olive oil and garlic cloves. Whizz until smooth, then season to taste.
- Boil the pasta in salty water and set aside once its cooled down and ready.
- In a bowl add your pasta, pesto, sundired tomato and buffalo muzarella mix and serve in a bowl with toasted pine nuts on top.

seedy thumprint cookies with tonka bean strawberry jam
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 3 Tbsp Coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Crunshy Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp Oat Milk
- 45 Grams Spelt Flour
- 45 Grams Oat Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 10 Grams Sunflower Seeds
- 10 Grams Pumkin Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Tonka bean Strawberry Jam
Instructions
- Start by pre-heating the oven to 180C.
- Whisk the flaxseed with tbsps of water and set aside for 15 minutes.
- In a bowel add the coconut sugar, agave syrup and crunshy peanut butter and beat togthrr until all combined.
- Once combined add the coconut oil, oat milk and stir until combined.
- Add the flaxseed mixture, flour, oat bran, baking powder and mixed seeds and fold until all mixture come togther and form a cookie dough.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment. Take a tbsp of dough and roll into a ball. then gently flattening it and press your thumb into the centre of the cookie then fill it with 1/ tsp of the jam.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove and let it cool down for 30 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy

Flour
- 1 Cup Plain Flour
- 1 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
- 1 Tbsp Lemon & Herbs seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Garlic & Herbs
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 12 Chicken wings
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 Liter Sunflour Oil
BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce (your favourite)
- 1/8 Cup Red hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Fry your chicken wings for 5 to 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 75C.
