Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Crunshy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Oat Milk
  • 45 Grams Spelt Flour
  • 45 Grams Oat Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 10 Grams Sunflower Seeds
  • 10 Grams Pumkin Seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Tonka bean Strawberry Jam

Instructions
 

  • Start by pre-heating the oven to 180C.
  • Whisk the flaxseed with tbsps of water and set aside for 15 minutes.
  • In a bowel add the coconut sugar, agave syrup and crunshy peanut butter and beat togthrr until all combined.
  • Once combined add the coconut oil, oat milk and stir until combined.
  • Add the flaxseed mixture, flour, oat bran, baking powder and mixed seeds and fold until all mixture come togther and form a cookie dough.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment. Take a tbsp of dough and roll into a ball. then gently flattening it and press your thumb into the centre of the cookie then fill it with 1/ tsp of the jam.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove and let it cool down for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy

  • 1 Cup Plain Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon & Herbs seasoning

  • 12 Chicken wings
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Liter Sunflour Oil

BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce (your favourite)
  • 1/8 Cup Red hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Fry your chicken wings for 5 to 6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 75C.

Ingredients
  

Yorkshire Pudding Batter

  • 280 ML Full Fat Milk
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 115 Grams Plain Flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Sausage

  • 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 6 Beef Sausages
  • 1/2 Chopped Large Leek
  • 1 Cup Green Peas

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 C
  • Start by making the Yorkshire Pudding batter by adding the full fat milk, eggs and flour. Mix and leave it on the side.
  • Add oil to the pan followed by the beef sausages. mix and place them in the oven for 5min.
  • Take the sausages out, add the leek and place it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  • Take the sausages and the leek out of the oven, pour in the Yorkshire pudding batter and evenly distrebute the green peas and place the tray back in the oven.
  • Bake for 30 minutes on 200C.

Ingredients
  

Shortbread

  • 225 Grams Unsalted Butter
  • 125 Grams Caster Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 340 Grams Plain Flour

Caramel

  • 120 Grams Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Can Condensed Milk
  • 75 Grams Syrup
  • 360 Grams Smooth Galaxy chocolate

Instructions
 

ShortBread

  • In a mixer add the butter and sugar and keep mixing until you get a smooth paste.
  • Add the sea salt and flour and mix until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  • Add the mix to your surface, bring it togther then knead it until the shortbread dough is well combined.
  • place the shortbread dough in a tin that is covered with parshment papper. Smooth the surface of the shortbread then bake for 40 minutes at 140C.

Caramel

  • Combine all the ingredients together and start whisking on medium to high heat. Once the mixture start to boil move temperature to medium to low heat and keep whisking for 20 minutes without stopping otherwise the caramel will start to burn at the bottom of your pan.
  • After 20 minutes your caramel should be ready to be poored on top of your ready and baked shortbread.
  • Smooth the surface of your caramel and add it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours
  • Melt a full block of smooth Galaxy and pour it on top.
  • Smooth the surface and flace it in the fridge for another 2hours before slicing through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Chopped White Onion
  • 335 Grames Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 1/2 Tube Tomato Paste
  • 2 Cups Thick Bulgur

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Onion and cherry tomatoes in olive oil on a low heat so the olive oil won't burn.
  • The Onion need to be transparent before adding the cherry tomatoes.
  • Cook the cherry tomatoes until they are soft.
  • Add your can of chopped tomatoes until all the access water disaoear.
  • Once everything is cooked add Salt and cups of washed bulgur.
  • Mix the tomato paste with boiling water and salt and add it on top of the bulgur.
  • Once the water starts to boil close the lid, lower the heat on the stove and cook it for 15-20minutes.
  • Have it with radishes and mint and enjoy.
