Ingredients
  

  • 3 potato skin
  • Frying pan with sunflower oil
  • 1 Tsp Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriender
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Parmensan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start by pealing your potato and set the skin on the side in a bowl of cold water.
    making sure to change the water every 6 hours
  • Drain the water and leave the potato drying for 20 minutes on a towel.
  • Fry the potato skin until crispy and add all the ingredients.

Halloumi & Mozzarella stuffed bread rolls

Ingredients
  

Toppings

  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 Cup Shredded Halloumi
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Black onion seeds or nigella seeds

Bread Rolls

  • 400 ML Full Fat milk
  • 100 ML Sunflower Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 20 Grams Caster Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 15 Grams Instant Yeast
  • 650 Grams Plain Flour
  • 5 Grams Salt
  • 5 Grams Baking Powder
  • 30 Grams Milk Powder

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl Star by adding 37C milk and sunflower oil.
  • Saperate the eggs and add the egg white in the bowl and leave the egg yolk for later use.
  • Add the caster sugar, instant yeast and the apple cider vinegar followed by only 250 grams of plain flour. Mix really well until the mixture turn similar to pancake mixture. cover it up with clingfilm and leave it tp rest for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes add the remaining flour, salt, baking powder and milk powder. Mix on a medium speed for 7 minutes in a mixer and kneed by hand for 2 minutes following the instructions on the video above.
  • Shape the dough and add it in a greesed bowl and cover it up with cling film and a kitchen towel and leave it to rest for 1hr in a worm room.
  • After an hour devide the dough into 100g balls, shape them into a balls and roll them. Shaping them to balls helps creat a better uniform when rolling them.
  • Add the cheese and roll them making sure you thighten the end edges to prevent the dough opening when baking.
  • Add the bread rolls on a tray, cover and leave them to rest for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes mix egg yolks and milk and brush the bread rolls gently and sprinkle the black onion seeds and sesame seeds mix.
  • Bake for 18 minutes on a preheated oven 200C.
  • you can enjoy straight away.

  • 1 Bonless chicken
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Dry Coriander
  • 1 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp 7 spice or Allspice
  • 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamon Powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Full Fat Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Lemon juice & Skin
  • 1/2 Orange Juice & zest
  • 1/2 Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 Grated Onion
  • 6 Minced garlic

Salad

  • 1 Chopped White Onion
  • Handfull Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Tbsp Sumac
  • 1 Tbsp Dry Mint
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by deboning your chicken and set aside.
  • In a spicemixer add the bay leaves, salt and cloves and blend until fine then place in a small bowl .
  • Combine the rest of the spices you see in the ingredient section and place to the side.
  • In a large bowl add all the wet ingredients then followed by the spices mix and add the full chicken making sure all the shawerma mix has fully coated the chicken.
  • Cover the bowl and place the shicken shawerma to marinarte in the fridge for 6 hrs.
  • Take the chicken shawerma out of the fridge 20 minutes before grilling.
  • Preheat the oven to maximum temperature and set it on grill.
  • Place chicken in the oven on the top rack and grill for 20 to 25min skin side up or until internal temperature reaches 75C.
  • Serve with the salad and enjoy.

  • In a hot pan start by adding the olive oil and the vegetable and cook until soft.
  • Add all your spices followed by the harrissa, can of chopped tomatoes and pomogranete molasses and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Once your Shakshuka sauce is starting to thicken add your eggs and feta close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.

  • 4 Bonless Chicken Thighs No skin
  • 2 Large White Onions
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 Sliced Orange Peppers
  • 1 Tsp Black Ground Pepper
  • 2 Tsp All Spice
  • 1/4 Tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 Handfull of fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Mscovado Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Malt Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 3 Bay Leaves B

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the Onions and peppers and place them in a roasting tin with 4 bonless chicken thighs. and your green chillies.
  • Add all the spices, herbs, vinegar and oil and give everything a mix.
  • Place in the fridge for no less than 6 hours.
  • Take out the jerk chicken tray from fridge 20 mninutes before cooking.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C.
  • Cook in the middle oven for 30 minutes.
